200g Fragrance 43°N Jilin Japonica Rice
180g Santan (Coconut milk)
10g Screwpine leaf
1 stalk Lemon grass
- Salt to taste
Pre-heat oven to 165°C.
Mix all the ingredients in a tray and steam in the oven for 15 minutes.
Serve with prawn sambal, otah, fried egg and fried chicken.
Top the dish with sliced cucumbers, fried anchovies and peanuts.
